Coloque o caldo de legumes, os tomates, os feijões, o feijão-verde, e os ingredientes preparados, na

Adicione a massa cozinhada e a salsa ao minestrone preparado e salpique-o com um pouco de queijo

Ingredientes:
1 cebola
1 dente de alho
1 cenoura
100 gramas de pedaços de toucinho fumado
1-2 talos de aipo
500 gramas de carne picada
2 colheres de sopa de manteiga
1/8 litro de vinho tinto
200 ml de caldo
400 gramas (1 lata) de tomates descascados/inteiros
500 gramas de passata (puré de tomate)
Sal, pimenta, açúcar, orégãos
Também recomendamos:
500 gramas de esparguete cozinhado
Queijo Parmesão ralado na altura
