3. Rode o disco de controlo (7) para a posição que deseja: LOW [baixo] (posição mais baixa),
MEDIUM [médio] (posição média) ou HIGH [alto] (posição mais alta). O indicador de estado (5)
acende-se e o dispositivo começa a aquecer.
Mantenha a tampa de vidro (2) fechada durante a cozedura sempre que possível. De cada
vez que abre a tampa de vidro (2), o tempo de cozedura aumenta.
Risco de queimaduras!
A tampa de vidro (2) e a caçarola de cerâmica (4) aquecem substancialmente quando a
panela de cozedura lenta está a ser utilizada. Tenha cuidado para não se queimar. Utilize
luvas para forno se necessário.
4. Quando o tempo de cozedura estiver quase a terminar, verifique se os ingredientes estão
devidamente cozinhados. Se não for esse o caso, deixe que eles cozinhem um pouco mais de
tempo.
