1-2 eetlepels barbecue- of steakkruiden
Zout, peper, balsamicoazijn en een beetje honing
Bereiding:
Spoel de sukadelappen af in koud water en dep ze droog met een stukje keukenrol. Wrijf vervolgens de
kruiden op de sukadelappen.
Schil de uien en snijd deze in fijne ringen. Spreid vervolgens de uien uit over de bodem van de
keramische pan (4) en bedek ze met de warme rundvleesbouillon.
Leg de sukadelappen in de keramische pan (4) en druppel een beetje balsamicoazijn over het vlees.
Sluit het deksel (2) en kook het vlees gedurende 5 tot 6 uur op HIGH (hoog).
Trek het vlees vervolgens uit elkaar met twee vorken. Kruid met zout, peper en honing naar smaak.
9.4 Aziatische sinaasappelkip
Voor 4 personen
Ingrediënten:
3 à 4 kipfilets zonder bot
3 theelepels maïs(zet)meel
2 theelepels kookolie
1 theelepel rijstazijn of lichte balsamicoazijn
3 theelepels sojasaus
1/2 theelepel sesamolie
150 gram sinaasappelmarmelade
4 theelepels bruine suiker
1/2 theelepel zout
1 stengel citroengras (sereh)
een beetje gemalen peper
2 theelepels sesamzaadjes
1 rode chilipeper
Bij voorkeur serveren met:
gekookte rijst
Bereiding:
Meng de bruine suiker, rijstazijn, sinaasappelmarmelade, sesamolie en sojasaus in een grote kom. Breng
op smaak met zout en peper.
Schuif de marinade naar één kant.
