Receitas

Sopa de cenoura

Ingredientes:

■ 500 g de cenouras

■ 250 ml de água

■ 500 ml de caldo de carne (copo)

■ 125 ml de natas

■ 125 ml de vinho branco

■ Sal

■ Pimenta

■ 50 g de manteiga fria

■ Cerefólio fresco

Preparação:

1) Lave e descasque as cenouras.

2) Corte-as de modo a caberem bem no liquidiﬁ-

cador t.

3) Introduza 250 ml de água numa panela e

cozinhe as cenouras durante 20 minutos. Em

seguida, deixe arrefecer as cenouras cozidas

até ﬁcarem mornas e reduza-as a puré no

liquidiﬁcador t. Não devem restar pedaços

grandes.

4) De seguida, volte a deitar o puré de cenouras

na panela.

5) Adicione agora o caldo de carne, natas e

vinho branco.

6) Aqueça a sopa e retiﬁque os temperos.

7) Envolva a manteiga em pedaços pequenos

na sopa e sirva-a com o cerefólio.

Patê de atum

Ingredientes:

■ 1 lata de atum em molho com legumes

■ 3 colheres de sopa de iogurte

■ 1 colher de chá de sumo de limão, acabado

de espremer

■ 1 pitada de sal

■ Pimenta moída

■ 2 ovos cozidos, cortados em cubos

Para servir:

■ Pão integral em fatias

■ Manteiga para barrar

■ 1 ovo cozido, cortado em cubos

■ Cebolinho, cortado

Preparação:

1) Misture todos os ingredientes no liquidiﬁcador t

até obter a consistência desejada (aprox. 15

segundos) e retiﬁque depois os temperos.

2) Barre o pão com manteiga e patê de atum

e espalhe a mistura de ovo e cebolinho

cortados.

Panqueca tradicional

Ingredientes:

■ 2-3 ovos

■ 375 ml de leite

■ 1 pitada de sal

■ 250 g de farinha

■ Gordura para fritar

Preparação:

1) Bata os ovos, o leite e o sal com o misturador w.

2) Peneire a farinha e adicione-a. Misture tudo

com o misturador w, até obter uma massa

uniforme.

3) Deixe a massa levedar durante aprox.

20 minutos.
