Recepten
Wortelsoep
Ingrediënten:
■ 500 g wortelen
■ 250 ml water
■ 500 ml vleesbouillon (pot)
■ 125 ml room
■ 125 ml witte wijn
■ zout
■ peper
■ 50 g koude boter
■ verse kervel
Bereiding:
1) Was en snijd de wortelen.
2) Snijd ze zo klein, dat ze goed in de mixer t
passen.
3) Doe 250 ml water in een pan en kook de
wortelen daarin ongeveer 20 minuten. Laat
de gekookte wortels daarna afkoelen tot
handwarme temperatuur en pureer het geheel
in de mixer t. Er mogen geen grotere stukken
meer over zijn.
4) Doe de gepureerde wortelen terug in de pan.
5) Giet er vleesbouillon, slagroom en witte wijn bij.
6) Verhit de soep en breng deze op smaak.
7) Roer de boter in kleine stukjes door de soep
en serveer daarna met de kervel.
Tonijnpasta
Ingrediënten:
■ 1 blik tonijn in saus met groenten
■ 3 el yoghurt
■ 1 tl citroensap, vers geperst
■ 1 snufje zout
■ peper uit de molen
■ 2 hardgekookte eieren, in blokjes
Om te serveren:
■ gesneden volkorenbrood
■ boter om te smeren
■ 1 hardgekookt ei, in blokjes
■ bieslook, gesneden
Bereiding:
1) Meng alle ingrediënten in de mixer t,
totdat de gewenste consistentie is bereikt
(ca. 15 seconden) en breng het geheel
daarna op smaak.
2) Besmeer het brood met boter en tonijnpasta
en bestrooi het geheel met het gehakte ei en
de bieslook.
Traditionele pannenkoeken
Ingrediënten:
■ 2-3 eieren
■ 375 ml melk
■ 1 snufje zout
■ 250 g bloem
■ bakvet
Bereiding:
1) Meng de eieren, de melk en het zout met de
garde w.
2) Zeef het meel en doe het erbij. Meng alles met
de garde w, totdat een glad beslag ontstaat.
3) Laat het beslag ca. 20 minuten lang rijzen.
