Mørdej
Ingredienser:
250 g hvedemel
1/2 strøget tsk. bagepulver
100-125 g sukker
1 brev vaniljesukker
1 knivspids salt
1 æg
125 g smør
Tilberedning:
1) Bland melet og bagepulveret i røreskålen 6,
og tilsæt derefter de øvrige ingredienser.
2) Ælt det hele med æltekrogen 0, først i ca.
1 minut på trin 2, derefter i ca. 3 minutter på
trin 2-4.
3) Ælt ikke dejen for længe, da den ellers kan
blive for blød.
4) Lad dejen hvile 1/2 time i køleskabet, og brug
den derefter til en tærtebund eller til småkager.
5) Til en tærtebund rulles 2/3 af dejen ud og
lægges i en smurt springform.
6) Rul resten af dejen til en rulle.
7) Læg denne rulle som kant på dejen, og tryk
den med to fi ngre mod kanten, så den rager
ca. 3 cm op over kanten.
8) Stik tærtens bund fl ere gange med en gaff el.
9) Forvarm ovnen i ca. 5 minutter og bag mørdejen
i ca. 15-20 minutter ved 200-225 °C.
Røredej
Ingredienser:
250 g blød smør eller margarine
250 g sukker
1 brev vaniljesukker
1 knivspids salt
4 æg
500 g hvedemel
1 brev bagepulver
Ca. 125 ml mælk
Tilberedning:
1) Hæld alle ingredienser i røreskålen 6 og rør
det hele sammen med rørekrogen w i 1/2
minut på trin 1, derefter i 30 sekunder på trin 2
og derefter i ca. 5 minutter på trin 4.
2) Smør bageformen, eller læg bagepapir på.
3) Fyld bageformen, og bag dejen i ca. 50 -
60 minutter ved 175-200 °C.
4) Før du tager kagen ud af ovnen, skal du kon-
trollere, om den er bagt: Stik en spids træpind
ned i midten af kagen. Hvis der ikke hænger
dej ved den, er kagen bagt.
5) Vend så kagen ud på en køkkenrist, og lad
den afkøle.
