Tunfi sk-pålæg
Ingredienser:
1 dåse tunfi sk i sauce med grøntsager
3 spsk. yoghurt
1 tsk. friskpresset citronsaft
1 knivspids salt
Peber fra kværn
2 hårdkogte æg, i terninger
Til anretning:
Fuldkornsbrød i skiver
Smør til at smøre med
1 hårdkogt æg, i terninger
Purløg, snittet
Tilberedning:
1) Bland alle ingredienserne i blenderen t, indtil
du har den ønskede konsistens (ca. 15 sekun-
der) og smag til.
2) Smør brødet med smørret og tunfi skecremen,
og strø hakket æg og purløg over.
Traditionelle pandekager
Ingredienser:
2-3 æg
375 ml mælk
1 knivspids salt
250 g mel
Fedtstof til bagning
Tilberedning:
1) Bland æg, mælk og salt med rørekrogen w.
2) Sigt melet og tilsæt det. Bland det hele med
rørekrogen w, indtil du har en glat dej.
3) Lad dejen hvile i ca. 20 minutter.
4) Varm fedtstoff et op, og hæld dej på panden
med en lille øseske. (Altid kun så meget, at
pandens bund dækkes tyndt.)
5) Bag pandekagerne til de er gyldenbrune på
begge sider og server dem varme.
Biscuitdej
Ingredienser:
3 æg
3 - 4 spsk. vand, varmt
150 g sukker
1 brev vaniljesukker
100 g mel, type 405
100 g stivelse
2-3 strøgne tsk. bagepulver
Tilberedning:
1) Læg bagepapir i bunden af en springform
(diameter: 28 cm). Smør ikke kanten, da over-
aden ellers ikke bliver ensartet glat og brun.
2) Slå æggene ud i røreskålen 6, og hæld det
varme vand i.
3) Pisk det hele til en luftig masse med rørekrogen
w i ca. 1 minut.
4) Rør sukkeret og vaniljesukkeret i, og pisk videre
i 2 minutter på højeste trin.
5) Bland melet, stivelsen og bagepulveret, og si
halvdelen over æggecremen, og rør det hele
kort sammen på trin 4.
6) Rør derefter resten af melet på samme måde,
og fyld dejen i den forberedte springform.
7) Bag straks det hele i den forvarmede ovn
ved 175-200°C i ca. 20-30 minutter.
