Peito de frango recheado
com molho de caril
Ingredientes:
4 peitos de frango, com 150 g cada
Sal
Pimenta moída
Para o recheio:
150 g de carne de porco picada (Mett)
1 cebola, picada
Mistura de especiarias chinesas
1 ponta de faca de gengibre em pó
Para o molho:
250 ml de vinho branco
2-4 colheres de sopa de natas
Sal, 1 colher de chá de caril
Event. um pouco de espessante para molhos
Fogão:
Aquecimento: Placa de aquecimento
Tempo de cozedura total: 25-30 minutos
Preparação:
Tempere os peitos de frango com sal e pimenta
e corte-os, de seguida, com uma faca de cozinha
afiada.
Bata todos os ingredientes para o recheio na
taça misturadora com as varas para amassar
até formar uma massa e rectifique os temperos.
Encha agora os peitos de frango com o recheio
e feche-os. (Em alternativa, pode utilizar também
espetos de madeira.)
Aqueça agora a gordura e doure todos os peitos
de frango.
Adicione o vinho e, de seguida, deixe os peitos
de frango estufarem durante 10-15 minutos.
Retire os peitos de frango da frigideira e man-
tenha-os quentes.
Rectifique os temperos do molho com natas, sal
e caril e espesse-o a gosto com o espessante
para molhos.
Sirva agora os peitos de frango com molho por
exemplo sobre arroz.
