Vous pouvez verser sur le steak pour le servir la sauce aux herbes aromatiques
qui coule dans le bac collecteur de graisse.
Thon aux rondelles d'orange
(4 personnes)
4 steaks de thon frais (170g chacun)
1 orange
1 c. à soupe de persil haché
Sel
Poivre
1) Épluchez l'orange et coupez-la en rondelles d'env. 5 mm d'épaisseur.
2) Chauffez l'appareil (niveau de cuisson 3).
3) Placez les steaks de thon sur le gril préchauffé, saupoudrez de persil, salez
et poivrez.
4) Placez les rondelles d'orange sur les steaks de thon et grillez le tout
6-8 minutes.
5) Avant de servir, retirez les rondelles d'orange grillées.

Panini épinards et fromage
250 g d'épinards en branches
1 oignon
1 gousse d'ail
1 c. à soupe d'huile
2 cc de jus de citron
1 pincée de sel (et de poivre)
4 tranches de toast / pain blanc
40 g de beurre aux fines herbes
75 g de mozzarella
20 g de pignons de pin
