Den kryddsås som rinner ner i fettuppsamlingsskålen kan hällas över rumpste-
ken vid serveringen!
Tonfisk med apelsinskivor
(4 personer)
4 färska tonfiskfiléer (170 g vardera)
1 apelsin
1 msk finhackad persilja
salt
peppar
1) Skala apelsinen och skär den i ca 5 mm tjocka skivor.
2) Värm upp produkten (temperaturområde 3).
3) Lägg tonfiskfiléerna på den upphettade grillen, strö över persiljan och
krydda med salt och peppar.
4) Placera apelsinskivorna på tonfiskfiléerna och grilla alltsammans
ca 6-8 minuter.
5) Ta bort de grillade apelsinskivorna innan serveringen.

Panini med spenat och ost
250 g bladspenat
1 lök
1 vitlöksklyfta
1 msk olja
2 tsk citronsaft
1 nypa salt (och peppar)
4 skivor rostbröd/vitt bröd
40 g kryddsmör
