Roerei
Ingrediënten voor 2 personen
• 3 eieren
20 g hamblokjes
10 g lente-uitjes
50 ml room
• 1 tomaat
5 ml olie
Zout en peper
1 el gemengde diepvrieskruiden
Bereiding
1) Klop de eieren los met de room.
2) Snijd de lente-uitjes in ringen en snijd de tomaten in kleine stukjes.
3) Meng de eiermassa met de hamblokjes, de groente en de kruiden en breng
het geheel op smaak met zout en peper.
4) Op de heteluchtfriteuse het programma “Handmatig 1”
kiezen en
instellen op 150°C en 8 –10 minuten.
5) De olie in de heteluchtfriteuse doen en kort verhitten.
6) Het eiermengsel toevoegen en ca. 8 –10 minuten lang laten garen. Roer het
geheel tussendoor eventueel om met geschikt keukengerei.
7) Meteen serveren.
Kruidencroutons
Ingrediënten voor 4 personen
4 plakjes witbrood
15 ml gesmolten boter
10 ml olie
2 tl kruiden naar eigen smaak
Bereiding:
1) Snijd het witbrood in blokjes van gelijke grootte en doe ze in de heteluchtfri-
teuse.
2) Meng de olie en boter met de kruiden en verdeel dit mengsel gelijkmatig
over de broodblokjes.
3) Laat het geheel ca. 6 8 minuten op 180°C in de heteluchtfriteuse garen,
naargelang de gewenste bruiningsgraad. Kies daarvoor het programma
“Handmatig 1”
en pas de tijd en temperatuur aan.
De kruidencroutons smaken heel goed in salades of als snack tussendoor.
