Praženica
Prísady pre 2 osoby
• 3 vajcia
20 g šunky nakrájanej na kocky
10 g póru
50 ml smotany
• 1 paradajka
5 ml oleja
soľ a čierne korenie
1 PL miešaných hlboko zmrazených byliniek
Príprava
1) Vajcia vyšľahajte so smotanou.
2) Pór nakrájajte na krúžky, paradajku nakrájajte na kúsky.
3) Vajíčkovú hmotu zmiešajte so šunkou nakrájanou na kocky, zeleninou
a bylinkami, osoľte a okoreňte.
4) Na teplovzdušnej fritéze zvte program „Manuálne 1“
a nastavte
na 150 °C a 8 –10 minút.
5) Dajte olej do teplovzdušnej fritézy a krátko zohrejte.
6) Pridajte k tomu vaječnú zmes a nechajte piecť cca 8 –10 minút.
Príp. medzitým premiešajte vhodným nástrojom.
7) Ihneď servírujte.
Bylinkové krutóny
Prísady pre 4 osoby
4 plátky toastového chleba
15 ml roztopeného masla
10 ml oleja
2 ČL byliniek podľa ľubovôle
Príprava
1) Toastový chlieb nakrájajte na rovnomerne veľké kocky a dajte ho do teplo-
vzdušnej fritézy.
2) Olej a maslo zmiešajte s bylinkami a rovnomerne rozdeľte cez chlebové
kocky.
3) Nechajte piecť pri 180 °C cca 6 8 min. v teplovzdušnej fritéze, podľa
želaného stupňa zhnednutia. K tomu zvoľte program „Manuálne 1“
a primerane prispôsobte čas a teplotu.
Bylinkové krutóny chutia veľmi dobre v šaláte alebo ako malý snack.
