Pechugas de pollo
empanadas
Ingredientes
1 huevo
3cucharadas de aceite vegetal
50 g pan rallado seco
300 g de pechugas de pollo
Sal y pimienta (a gusto)
Preparación
Salpimentar las pechugas de pollo. Apartar
durante 20minutos.
Precalentar el producto a 200 °C.
Batir el huevo en una fuente pequeña.
Mezclar el aceite vegetal y el pan rallado
seco en una fuente aparte hasta que los
ingredientes estén crujientes.
Empapar las pechugas de pollo en los huevos
batidos. Luego introducir las pechugas de
pollo en la mezcla crujiente hasta que estén
completamente cubiertas de la mezcla.
Colocar las pechugas de pollo en la cesta
[4]. Cocinar durante 20minutos.
Perrito caliente crujiente con
queso
Ingredientes
4salchichas
4panecillos para perritos calientes
Queso Cheddar rallado (a gusto)
Ketchup (opcional)
Mostaza (opcional)
Preparación
Precalentar el producto a 180 °C.
Colocar las salchichas en la cesta[4]. Cocer
durante 8minutos a 180 °C. Quitar las
salchichas de la cesta.
Introducir las salchichas cocidas en los
panecillos para perritos calientes.
Añadir el queso Cheddar rallado sobre las
salchichas y el panecillo para perrito caliente.
Volver a poner el perrito caliente en la
cesta[4]. Cocinar de 1a 2minutos hasta
que el queso se funda.
Una vez finalizada la cocción, colocar el
perrito caliente en un plato.
Si lo desea, servir con ketchup y mostaza.
