1) Prepareer de komkommer, de paprika en de uien zodanig, dat deze in de
vulschacht w passen. Haal de pitten en het witte vel uit de paprika.
2) Maak alles fi jn met de fi jne snijtrommel 6 (I).
3) Snijd de tomaten en de fetakaas in kleine blokjes.
4) Meng alle ingrediënten en voeg de olijven toe.
5) Meng de olie met het citroensap en doe alles bij de salade.
6) Strooi de kruiden over de salade.
Courgette-ovenschotel
Ingrediënten
■ 6 courgettes
■ 2 aardappelen
■ 1 ui
■ 1 kopje gekookte rijst
■ 1 ei
■ ca. 30 ml melk
■ 150 g Gruyère (harde Zwitserse kaas)
■ zout en peper
1)
Prepareer de courgettes, de aardappelen en de uien zodanig, dat deze in
de vulschacht w passen.
2) Rasp de courgettes met de grove rasptrommel 3 (IV).
3) Snijd de uien met de grove snijtrommel q (II).
4) Bak de groenten kort aan in een pan.
5) Doe afwisselend een laag rijst en een laag groenten in de ovenschaal.
6) Meng het ei met de melk, het zout en de peper en giet alles over de over-
schotel heen.
7) Rasp de Gruyère met de grove rasptrommel 3 (IV) en strooi dit over de
ovenschotel.
8) Bak de ovenschotel ca. 20 minuten op 180°C.
