Pizza
Ingrédients pour 2 personnes :
200 g de pâte à pizza (1/2 paquet de pâte fraîche du rayon réfrigéré)
Pour la sauce (si non fournie avec la pâte à pizza) :
6 cuil. à soupe de purée de tomate
3 cuil. à soupe de pulpe de tomate
2 cuil. à café d’origan
1 pincée de sel
1 pincée de sucre
1 pincée de chili en poudre (selon les goûts)
Poivre moulu
Pour la garniture :
150 g de fromage râpé (p.ex. gouda)
6 feuilles de basilic
Huile d’olive
Selon les goûts : thon, jambon, champignons, salami, ananas...
Préparation :
Découper la pâte à pizza à une taille appropriée pour le four, p.ex. découper des ronds pour mini-
pizzas ou couper en rectangle à la taille de la plaque de cuisson (10).
Garnir de sauce tomate et de garniture selon les goûts, et terminer en saupoudrant de fromage.
Placer sur la grille (12) revêtue de papier cuisson et faire cuire au niveau (2) à mi-hauteur pendant
20 minutes à 230 °C en chaleur de sole/voûte dans le four préchauffé préalablement pendant 10
minutes, jusqu’à ce que le bord soit croustillant et que le fromage ait fondu. Garnir de basilic.
Petits croissants à la vanille
Ingrédients pour env. 30 croissants :
50 g d’amandes en poudre (émondées)
140 g de farine (+ un peu plus pour le façonnage)
40 g de sucre
Le jaune d’1 œuf moyen
100 g de beurre froid
Sel
25 g de sucre glace
1 cuil. à soupe de sucre vanillé
Film étirable
Papier cuisson
