Toast style tarte flambée
Ingrédients pour 2 personnes :
4 tranches de pain de mie
Pour la garniture :
1/2 oignon
70 g de jambon fumé
120 g de crème fraîche
100 g de fromage râpé
Poivre
Ciboulette ciselée
Préparation :
Émincer finement l’oignon et mélanger tous les ingrédients pour la garniture, en réservant 50 g de
fromage, et étaler sur les tranches de pain de mie.
Préchauffer le four à 200 °C en chaleur de sole/voûte pendant 10 minutes.
Saupoudrer de 50 g de fromage et faire gratiner au niveau (2) à mi-hauteur pendant 15 à 20
minutes en fonction du degré de gratinage souhaité. Saupoudrer de ciboulette ciselée et servir.
Petits pains gratinés festifs
Ingrédients pour 2 personnes :
150 g de viande hachée (60 % de bœuf, 50 % de porc)
30 g de pesto rosso
Thym haché
Origan haché
1 cuil. à café de noisettes hachées
Sel et poivre
Paprika
40 g de fromage râpé
2 petits pains (les petits pains à finir de cuire sont particulièrement bien adaptés)
Préparation :
Préchauffer le four à 190°C en chaleur de sole/voûte pendant 10 minutes.
Ouvrir les petits pains et les placer sur une plaque de cuisson (10) recouverte de papier cuisson.
Assaisonner la viande hachée avec le sel, le poivre, le thym, l’origan et le paprika et incorporer les
noisettes et le pesto. Garnir uniformément les petits pains de la préparation à la viande hachée et
répartir le fromage dessus, faire gratiner dans le four au niveau (2) à mi-hauteur pendant env. 20
minutes.
