Minibrød
Ingredienser:
En bageblanding efter behag
Mel til æltning
Strø solsikkekerner, sesam, birkes el.lign. på dejen
Tilberedning:
Ælt bageblandingen til en dej iht. anvisningerne på posen. Lad dejen hæve.
Form små brød. Lad dem hæve yderligere 40 minutter på et varmt sted på bagepladen, som skal
tildækkes med bagepapir. Forvarm ovnen på 230 °C over-/undervarme i ca. 10 minutter. Gør de
små brød let fugtige vha. en sprayflaske eller en bagepensel, skær snit i brødene og strø kerner
eller mel på dem (efter behag). Afhængig af brødenes størrelse skal de bages i 10-15 minutter på
nederste niveau (2), indtil de er let brune. Lad brødene køle af på en rist.
Ovnbagt forel
Ingredienser:
1 hel forel, rå
½ citron
1 fed hvidløg
1 kvist rosmarin
1 kvist timian
1 kvist persille
Salt og peber
Olivenolie
Tilberedning:
Vask forellen, tør den med køkkenrulle og skær 3x skrå ridser i den.
Anbring fisken på alufolie, som den skal vikles ind i.
Skær citronen og hvidløget i skiver og fordel dem i forellens bug sammen med de rengjorte urter.
Kom salt og peber på forellen, og dryp den med olivenolie. Vikl derefter fisken ind i alufolien, og
anbring den på risten på det midterste niveau (2) i bageovnen. Når bageovnen er forvarmet i 10
minutter på 200 °C over-/undervarme, udgør tilberedningstiden 20-30 minutter (afhængig af
fiskens størrelse).
