15. Opskrifter
Lasagne med spinat og laks
Ingredienser:
250 g flødespinat (dybfrost)
125 g vildlaksefilet (dybfrost)
4 lasagneplader
100 g cremefraiche
50 g revet ost
Olie til smøring
Salt
Peber
Muskat
Tilberedning:
Kom spinaten i en gryde, tø den op ved lav temperatur. Smag til med salt, peber og muskat. Lad
laksen tø en lille smule op, skær den derefter i stykker. Smør et ca. 0,8 liter stort, rektangulært fad
med fedtstof, læg lasagneplader i bunden af fadet, så bunden er tildækket. Fordel halvdelen af
laksen og spinaten på pladerne, kom derefter lasagneplader oven på blandingen, og fordel resten
af spinaten og laksen på pladerne, indtil fadet er næsten fyldt. Det sidste lag skal være en
lasagneplade, fordel cremefraichen på pladen. Strø ost over, og tilbered lasagnen i ca. 50 minutter
på det midterste niveau (2) i bageovnen, som skal forvarmes forinden i ca. 10 minutter på 180 °C
over-/undervarme.
Citronmuffins
Ingredienser til 6 muffins:
80 g sukker
1 spsk. vaniljesukker
1 æg (medium)
50 ml solsikkeolie
100 ml mælk
Saften og skallen fra en ½ citron, usprøjtet
160 g mel
2 tsk. bagepulver
Lidt salt
Tilberedning:
Forvarm bageovnen i 10 minutter på 200 °C over-/undervarme. Bland sukker og vaniljesukker
med olien og pisk blandingen skummende sammen med ægget. Tilsæt mælk, citronsaft og -skal og
rør blandingen. Ibland mel, bagepulver og salt og rør dem grundigt sammen med de øvrige
ingredienser. Fyld 6 muffin-forme 2/3 med dej, og bag dem i ca. 25 minutter på bagepladen (10)
på midterste niveau (2). Lad dine muffins køle af på en rist.
