► Tras 30 minutos, el aparato se apaga automáticamente si no se pulsa
ningún botón.
17) Añada ahora la leche espumada al expreso preparado anteriormente. El
capuchino estará listo. Si lo desea, puede añadir azúcar o espolvorear con
cacao en polvo.

► No olvide limpiar el espumador de leche después de cada uso. Lea al
respecto el capítulo "Limpieza y mantenimiento".
Consejos para espumar la leche
■ En principio, puede espumarse todo tipo de leche, incluso la leche de soja y
la de arroz. Sin embargo, algunos tipos presentan ciertas limitaciones.
■ La leche desnatada o descremada no se quema con la misma facilidad
que la leche entera; sin embargo, si el contenido graso es muy reducido,
existe el riesgo de que no pueda espumarse bien la leche. Por lo tanto, si
es posible, utilice leche con un 3,5 % o un 1,5 % de materia grasa.
■ La leche bien fría se espuma mejor que la más templada. Los mejores resul-
tados se obtienen a una temperatura de aprox. 7 °C.
■ No espume la leche una segunda vez, ya que se quemaría al hacerlo.
■ Deje reposar la leche espumada aprox. 30 segundos antes de añadir la
espuma al expreso. De este modo, las burbujas grandes explotarán y la
leche en estado líquido bajará al fondo. A continuación, puede añadir la
espuma fina al expreso.
