Safety instructions

TERIES OUT OF THE REACH
OF CHILDREN! Swallowing
batteries can cause chemical
burns, perforation of soft tissue,
and death. Severe burns may
occur within 2 hours of swallow-
ing batteries. Seek immediate
medical attention.

Never recharge single-use bat-
teries. Do not short-circuit or open
them. The battery may overheat,
ignite or explode. Never throw
batteries into fire or water. The
batteries may explode.
Avoid extreme environmental
conditions and temperatures,
e.g. above radiators as this may
affect the batteries. Otherwise,
there is an increased risk of
leaking.
Leaky or damaged
batteries/rechargeable
batteries can cause caustic
burns upon contact with the skin.
To avoid this, always wear suita-
ble protective gloves in these
circumstances!
Make sure you insert the batteries
the right way round (polarity)!
The “+” symbol must be visible
on the top of the battery.
Batteries must not be disposed
of in the normal domestic waste!
