13. Herkullisia vohvelireseptejä
1. Perustaikina
N. 20 kappaletta
250 g margariinia tai voita (pehmeää)
200 g sokeria
2 pkt vaniljasokeria
5 munaa
500 g jauhoja
5 g leivinjauhetta
4 dl maitoa
Käännä paistopinnat kiinni ja kuumenna ne.
Vatkaa munat ja sekoita sokerin ja margariinin/
voin kanssa tasaiseksi taikinaksi. Lisää vaniljasokeri.
Lisää jauhot ja leivinjauhe, sekoita.
Lisää lopuksi maito vähitellen, kunnes taikina on
rakenteeltaan sileää ja pehmeää.
Lisää n. 2 ruokalusikallista taikinaa alempien paistoa-
lueiden keskelle ja sulje vohvelirauta. Paista jokaista
vohvelia n. 3 minuutin ajan, kunnes se on kullanru-
skea. Aseta lopuksi valmiit vohvelit kakkuritilälle.
2. Hapankermavohvelit
N. 8 kappaletta
200 g pehmeää voita
150 g sokeria
4 munaa
250 g hapankermaa
300 g jauhoja
100 g perunajauhoja
Käännä paistopinnat kiinni ja kuumenna ne.
Sekoita voi sokerin ja munien kanssa kuohkeaksi.
Lisää kerma ja sekoita sen jälkeen sekaan jauhot ja
perunajauhot.
Annostele noin 2 rkl taikinaa kummankin alemman
paistopinnan keskelle ja sulje vohveliraudan kansi.
Paista jokaista vohvelia n. 3 minuuttia kullanruskeak-
si. Siirrä lopuksi valmiit vohvelit keittiöritilälle.
