13. Deliciosas recetas de gofres
1. Masa base
Para aprox. 20 unidades
250 g margarina o mantequilla (a temperatura am-
biente)
aprox. 250 g azúcar
1 paquetito de vainilla azucarada
5 huevos
500 g de harina
1 bolsita de levadura en polvo
500 ml de leche
1 chorro de Ron
Engrasar, cerrar y calentar el molde para horno.
Bata los huevos, añadale el azúcar y la margari-
na/mantequilla y continúe batiendo hasta formar
una masa lisa. Añada vainilla azucarada y el Ron.
Añada la harina y la levadura en polvo y continúe
batiendo.
Añada poco a poco la leche mezcladora debajo
hasta que adquiera la masa una consistencia lisa y
blanda.
Poner de cada vez unas 2 cucharadas de la masa
en el centro de la placas de horneado inferior y
cerrar el molde para gofres. Tostar cada gofre unos
3 min. Colocar los gofres acabados sobre una rejil-
la de cocina.
2. Gofres de almendras
Para aprox. 8 unidades
200 g de mantequilla blanda
200 g de almendras molidas
300 g de harina
100 g de esmetana
1/4 l de leche
1 cucharadita de sal
1 cucharadita de curri en polvo
Engrasar el molde para gofres, cerrarlo y
calentarlo.
Batir la mantequilla con las almendras, la harina, la
esmetana, la leche, la sal y el curri en polvo. Probar
la masa y condimentar algo más al gusto.
Poner de cada vez unas 2 cucharadas de la masa
en el centro de placa de cocinado inferior y cerrar
el molde para gofres. Tostar cada gofre unos 3 min.
Colocar los gofres listos sobre una rejilla de cocina.
