3. Gofres de chocolate
Para aprox. 8 unidades
200 g de mantequilla blanda
200 g de azúcar
4 huevos
150 g creme fraiche
80 g lágrimas de chocolate
200 g de harina
Engrasar el molde para gofres, cerrarlo y
calentarlo.
Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar y la creme frai-
che hasta conseguir una masa espumosa. Mezclar
las lágrimas de chocolate y la harina sin dejar de
remover.
Poner de cada vez unas 2 cucharadas de la masa
en el centro de la placa de cocinado inferior y cer-
rar el molde para gofres. Tostar cada gofre 3 min.
Colocar los gofres listos sobre una rejilla de cocina.
4. Gofres de mandarinas
Para aprox. 8 unidades
1 lata de naranjas mandarinas
(peso escurrido 175g)
200 g de mantequilla blanda
200 g de azúcar
2 huevos
150 g de yoghurt de vainilla
200 g de harina
50 g de espesante
Dejar escurrir las naranjas mandarinas.
Engrasar el molde para gofres, cerrarlo y
calentarlo. Batir la mantequilla con el azúcar y los
huevos hasta conseguir una masa espumosa. Aña-
dir las mandarinas; al hacerlo pueden deshacerse.
Añadir el yoghurt, la harina y el espesante sin
dejar de remover.
Poner de cada vez unas 2 cucharadas de la masa
en el centro de la placa de cocinado inferior y cer-
rar el molde para gofres. Tostar cada gofre unos
3 min. Colocar los gofres listos sobre una rejilla de
cocina.
