8.2 Temps de cuisson pour
le poisson
Vous pouvez faire cuire le poisson conge-
lé comme du poisson frais. Veillez à que
les différents morceaux soient séparés les
uns des autres pour que la vapeur puisse
pénétrer de tous les côtés. Si les mor-
ceaux sont plus épais, le temps de cuis-
son peut augmenter un peu.
Surveillez le temps de cuisson. Un pois-
son qui n’est pas encore assez cuit est
vitreux à l’intérieur. Un poisson trop cuit
peut devenir sec.
