9.1 Hamburgerryg med
rosenkål og kartofler
Ingredienser:
500 g rosenkål, frisk
500 g kartofler, friske, skrællede og
skåret i kvarte skiver
400 g hamburgerryg i et stykke
Salt, peber, muskat
Tilberedning:
Samlet tilberedningstid: 45 minutter
1. Rengør rosenkålene og læg dem i
kurv 3.
2. Skræl kartoflerne, skær dem i kvarte
skiver og læg dem i kurv 2.
3. Læg hamburgerryggen i dampkurv 1,
og start tilberedningen.
4. Åbn dampkogeren efter 5 - 10 minut-
ter, og sæt dampkurv 2 i. Fortsæt tilbe-
redningen.
5. Åbn dampkogeren 20 minutter efter tilbe-
redningens start, og sæt dampkurv 3 i.
6. Fortsæt tilberedningen, indtil tiden er
udløbet.
7. Kom en smule salt ved kartoflerne.
8. Smag rosenkålen til med salt, peber og
muskat.
9. Tilbered en sovs efter eget valg, og
servér den sammen med retten.
9.2 Laksefilet med
grøntsager og ris
Ingredienser til 2 personer:
300 g laksefilet
•3 forårsløg
200 g champignon
3 bladselleri
•2 gulerødder
•Frisk ingefær
Sojasauce, eddike, olie, cayennepeber
og karry til marinaden
200 g ris
•Salt
Tilberedning:
1. Skær laksefileten i terninger, og læg
dem i en skål.
2. Dyp dem i citronsaft.
3. Drys en smule friskrevet ingefær og salt
over laksen.
4. Lad laksen stå indtil tilberedningen, så
krydderierne trækker godt ind.
5. Rengør forårsløg, champignoner, selleri
og gulerødder, skær dem i lige store
terninger og kom dem i en skål.
6. Rør en marinade sammen af hhv. 1
spsk. sojasauce, eddike og olie.
7. Smag marinaden til med cayennepe-
ber, en smule revet ingefær, en anelse
salt og karry.
8. Dyp de snittede grøntsager i marina-
den, og lad dem trække i mindst
30 minutter.
9. Kom risen med den passende mængde
vand og en anelse salt i risskålen|3.
10. Stil risskålen|3 i dampkurv 1.
11. Vælg en tilberedningstid, der passer til
risen, og start tilberedningen.
12. Læg grøntsagerne i dampkurv 2.
13. Åbn dampkogeren 15 minutter før til-
beredningstidens udløb, tag risskå-
len|3 med risen ud og placér
dampkurv 2 med grøntsagerne på
dampkurv 1.
14. Sæt risskålen|3 i dampkurv 3.
