Nasveti:
- Prednost dušenja je, da maščobe med postop-
kom kuhanja popolnoma odtečejo. Zaradi blage
vročine izbirajte izključno mehko, nemastno
meso, s katerega maščobo v celoti odstranite.
Meso, ki je primerno za peko na žaru, je idealno
za parno kuhanje.
- Dušeno meso in perutnino servirajte z okusnimi
omakami ali ju pred postopkom kuhanja mari-
nirajte.
- Živila pred serviranjem skrbno skuhajte. Za
preverjanje, ali je meso gotovo, vanj zabodite
z dolgim predmetom (nožem ali nabodalcem).
- Klobasice morajo biti pred dušenjem popolnoma
skuhane.
- Za okusno izboljšan rezultat, živilom med parnim
kuhanjem dodajte sveža zelišča.
