Uvedenie do prevádzky
Tipy:
- Výhodou dusenia je, že tuk počas procesu
dusenia úplne odtečie. Vzhľadom na mierne
teplo vyberte mäkké, chudé mäso, z ktorého
úplne odstránite tuk. Mäso vhodné na grilova-
nie je na dusenie ideálne.
- Dusené mäso a hydinu podávajte s chutnými
omáčkami alebo ho pred procesom dusenia
marinujte.
- Varené jedlo pred servírovaním dôkladne po-
duste. Pri kontrole dusenia zapichnite do mäsa
dlhý predmet (nôž alebo špajlu).
- Párky musia byť pred dusením úplne uvarené.
- Pre dosiahnutie výslednej zjemnenej chuti pri-
dajte k varenému jedlu čerstvé bylinky.
