8.2 Doby varenia rýb
Mrazená ryba sa dá dusiť bez rozmra-
zenia. Dbajte na to, aby jednotlivé
kúsky boli navzájom oddelené, aby sa
para dostala všade. Pri hrubších
kúskoch sa doba varenia môže predĺžiť
o niekoľko minút.
Sledujte dobu varenia. Príliš krátko du-
sená ryba je ešte sklovitá. Príliš dlho
dusená ryba môže byť suchá.
Zemiaky 900 g 30 – 40 min - čerstvé, ošúpané a rozštvrtené
- po polovici doby varenia premiešať/pre-
vrstviť
Nové alebo
malé zemiaky 500 g 35 – 40 min - čerstvé a ošúpané v celosti
Špargľa 400 g 15 – 20 min - vložte do parného koša naplocho, 2. vrs-
tvu krížom nad pr
Artičoky 2 – 3 stred-
nej veľkosti 50 – 55 min - vložiť do parného koša s otvorom smerom
nadol, aby kondenzovaná voda mohla od-
