8.1 Doby prípravy zeleniny
v parnom hrnci
Zeleninu pripravte tak, že odrežete hlú-
by a veľkú zeleninu rozdelíte na rovna-
ko veľké kúsky.
Listová zelenina by sa mala variť čo
najkratšie, aby nestratila farbu.
Zeleninu koreňte a soľte až po uvarení.
Mrazená zelenina sa dá pripravovať v
parnom hrnci rovnako ako čerstvá. Pri
niektorých druhoch mrazenej zeleniny
sa doba prípravy predlžuje o niekoľko
minút.
