1) Zmiešajte droždie s trochou cukru vo vlažnom
mlieku a nechajte ho odpočívať na teplom
mieste približne 15 minút.
2) Roztopte maslo a spracujte ho s múkou, vajca-
mi, cukrom, soľou a zmesou droždia pomocou
miesiaceho háku na hladké cesto.
3) Z cesta vytvarujte valček a rozrežte ho na
8 hrubých plátkov.
4) Na každý plátok dajte lyžicu slivkového
lekváru a vytvarujte knedle. Dávajte pozor na
to, aby bolo miesto spoja dobre uzatvorené a
slivkový lekvár z neho nevytekal.
5) Položte knedle s miestom spoja nadol na
pomúčenú plochu a nechajte ich ešte raz
odpočívať na 30 minút.
6) Vo veľkom hrnci zohrejte slanú vodu a dajte
dovnútra knedle. Knedle varte približne 5
minút pri zakrytí pokrievkou.
UPOZORNENIE
Nedávajte všetky knedle naraz do hrnca, pretože
sa tieto pri varení zväčšia a na to potrebujú v
hrnci miesto. Knedle varte po várkach.
7) Knedle raz otočte a varte ich ďalších 5 minút
bez pokrievky.
Na servírovanie rozdeľte knedle na tanieri a pridajte
na ne trochu maku a práškového cukru.
Suflé s príchuťou koňaku
Prísady
200 ml mlieka
70 g cukru
40 g múky
20 g masla
5 cl koňaku
4 žĺtky
6 vaječných bielok
Práškový cukor
A okrem toho:
4 formičky na suflé
Maslo a cukor do formičiek
Príprava
1) Rúru predhrejte na 200 °C.
2) Zmiešajte mlieko, cukor a múku šľahacími
metličkami v hrnci a nechajte všetko variť
za miešania, až kým sa zmes spojí.
3) Naplňte hmotu do misky a primiešajte koňak
a žĺtka.
4) Vyšľahajte vaječné bielka a opatrne ich
zamiešajte do hmoty.
5) Formičky na suflé vytrite maslom a vysypte
cukrom.
6) Naplňte formičky hmotou na tri štvrtiny a dajte
suflé do rúry (stredná lišta). Nechajte piecť
20 minút.
7) 2 minúty pred koncom času pečenia posypte
suflé trochou práškového cukru.
