Prísady
200 g cukru
3 vaječné bielka
1) Vyšľahajte vaječné bielky šľahacími metličkami
a postupne k nim pridávajte cukor, až bude
snehová pena tuhá.
2) Rúru predhrejte na 120 °C a plech na pečenie
vyložte papierom na pečenie.
3) Hmotu dajte do zdobičky a vytlačte ju v žela-
nom tvare na papier na pečenie.
V závislosti od veľkosti a tvaru vytlačeného cesta
nechajte cesto sušiť v rúre približne 100 minút.
Chrumkavé vafle s kryštálovým
cukrom
Prísady
250 g múky
50 g cukru
1 štipka soli
1 bal. vanilkového cukru
2 vajcia
150 g masla, rozpusteného
½ kocky kvasníc (čerstvých)
100 ml mlieka, vlažného
75 ml vody
150 g kryštálového cukru
1) Pridajte múku s vanilkovým cukrom a soľou do
misky a všetko zmiešajte.
2) Droždie rozpusťte vo vlažnom mlieku.
3) Vajcia, mlieko s droždím, cukor, vodu a rozto-
pené maslo pridajte k múčnej zmesi a všetko
vyšľahajte šľahacími metličkami .
4) Zakryté cesto nechajte polhodinu odpočívať
na teplom mieste.
5) Po odpočinutí premiešajte cesto s kryštálo-
vým cukrom a hneď potom upečte vafle vo
vaflovači.

Prísady
250 g múky
20 g droždia, čerstvého
250 ml mlieka
2 vajcia
50 g masla
50 g cukru
½ ČL soli
1 pohár slivkového lekváru
Múka na pracovnú plochu
Slaná voda
Na ozdobenie:
4 PL mletého maku
2 PL práškového cukru
