Vo všeobecnosti sa dá olej alebo tuk používať kratšie, keď fritujete hlavne
potraviny, obsahujúce proteíny, ako je mäso alebo ryby.
Nemiešajte čerstvý olej spoužitým.
Olej alebo tuk vymeňte, ak pri zohrievaní pení, má výraznú vôňu alebo chuť,
alebo keď je tmavý a/alebo má sirupovitú konzistenciu.

UPOZORNENIE
Pri hodnotách v stupňoch sú možné určité odchýlky teploty. Vtabuľke

ca. 150 – 200 gramov. Podľa vlastností potravín sa môžu časy líšiť.

po značku MAX vo vnútri fritovacieho koša.
