Gehaktballen
Ingrediënten:
1 kg gehakt (half-om-half)
2 uien, fijngesneden
100 g bloem/paneermeel (broodkruimels)
2 eieren
50 g mosterd
30 g geraspte kaas (belegen)
3 tl peterselie, fijngehakt
2 tl majoraan
2 tl zoete paprikapoeder
3 tl zwarte peper, vers gemalen
2 tl zout
Bereiding:
Plaats de bakplaat (10) op de middelste richel (3), zodat deze eventuele druppels kan opvangen.
Verwarm de oven 10 minuten voor op 230 °C met bovenwarmte.
Doe alle ingrediënten in een grote kom en meng goed door elkaar. Vorm nu ballen van ongeveer
125 g per stuk. Verdeel de gehaktballen gelijkmatig over de grillplaat (15). Bereid de
gehaktballen op de bovenste richel (3) gedurende ongeveer 15 minuten aan elke kant.
Lasagne met spinazie en zalm
Ingrediënten:
250 g spinazie à la crème (bevroren)
125 g wilde zalmfilet (bevroren)
Lasagnevellen
100 g crème fraîche
50 g kaas, geraspt
Olie om in te vetten
Zout
Peper
Nootmuskaat
Bereiding:
Plaats de spinazie in een pan en ontdooi op een laag vuur. Kruid met zout, peper en nootmuskaat
naar smaak. Laat de zalm slechts licht ontdooien en snijd de zalm in stukjes. Vet een vierkante
schaal van 0,8 liter in en bedek de bodem met lasagnevellen. Verdeel vervolgens de helft van de
zalm en de spinazie erover, bedek met lasagnevellen en verdeel de rest van de zalm en de
spinazie tot de schaal bijna vol is. Voor de laatste laag: bedek met meer lasagnevellen en bestrijk
met crème fraîche. Strooi de kaas over de bovenkant en bak de kaas vervolgens op de middelste
richel (3) gedurende ca. 50 minuten in de oven, die u 10 minuten op 180 °C hebt voorverwarmd
met boven- en onderwarmte.
