Open the cover (2) and remove the baking tin (8).
Remove the dough with floured hands and remove the dough hooks (7).
Return the dough to the baking tin (8).
Place the dough in the centre of the baking tin (8) and then distribute it evenly. This
enables you to achieve an optimum baking result.
Re-insert the baking tin (8) into the automatic bread maker and close the cover (2).
Press the start/stop button to continue the programme sequence. If you do not press the
start/stop button , the programme continues automatically after a 10-minute pause.
The remove function does not apply to programmes 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 or 15.
12.4. End of programme
At the end of the baking process, 10 beeps sound and 0:00 is indicated on the display . The
automatic bread maker now switches to a 60-minute "keep warm" phase. To stop this "keep warm"
phase before the end of the 60 minutes, press the start/stop button and keep it pressed until a
long beep sounds.
The "keep warm" phase does not apply to programmes 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14.
12.5. Removing bread
DANGER! The handle on the baking tin (8) and the baking tin itself (8) can become
very hot. For that reason, always use potholders or oven mitts when removing the hot
baking tin (8). There is the risk of burn injuries.
Bread can be removed more easily from the baking tin (8) if you leave it there for at
least 30 minutes after baking ("keep warm" phase).
Hold the baking tin (8) at an angle with the opening facing down over a wire cooling rack and
shake it gently. It should be easy to remove the bread due to the non-stick coating of the baking tin
(8). Do not use metal objects to remove the bread from the baking tin (8). The non-stick coating
could be damaged.
If the dough hooks (7) remain stuck in the bread, take them out using the dough hook remover
(11).
