200 g gorzkiej czekolady (> 60% kakao)
½ laseczki wanilii (miąższ)
Przygotowanie
1) Śmietanę zagotować, czekoladę pokruszyć i roztopić w śmietanie na małym
ogniu. Do masy dodać startą połówkę laseczki wanilii.
2) Po ostygnięciu wstawić do lodówki i zaczekać, aż masa stężeje.
3) Przed podaniem wymieszać trzepaczką do uzyskania kremowej konsy-
stencji.
Wskazówka: Podawać ze świeżymi owocami.

200 ml czystego oleju roślinnego, np. rzepakowego
1 jajko (żółtko i białko)
10 g łagodnego octu lub soku z cytryny
Sól i pieprz do smaku
Przygotowanie
1) Do naczynia wlać jajko i sok z cytryny, trzepaczkę umieścić pionowo
w naczyniu i nacisnąć przycisk Turbo .
2) wnomiernym strumieniem dolewać olej (w ciągu około 1 minuty) tak, by
połączył się z pozostałymi składnikami.
3) Na końcu dodać sól i pieprz do smaku.
