Sanduíche de pão chato com
queijo e fiambre
•1 pão chato
4 colh. de sopa de maionese
3 colh. de sopa de mostarda (meia pi-
cante)
1 colh. de sopa de mel
sal, pimenta de Caiena
aprox. 8 fatias de queijo
aprox. 8 fatias de fiambre, salame e/
ou presunto de Parma
aprox. 8 rodelas de tomate (firme)
1. Misture a maionese com a mostarda e o
mel, mexendo e tempere com sal e pi-
menta de Caiena.
2. Corte o pão chato em quartos e separe
as respectivas partes inferior e superior.
3. Pincele os lados de dentro do pão chato
com a mistura de maionese e mostarda.
4. Cubra as partes inferiores do pão chato
com queijo e fiambre/salame e depois
ponha as partes superiores em cima
para formar sanduíches.
5. Aqueça previamente o grelhador de
contacto no nível 5.
6. Asse as sanduíches no grelhador de
contacto untado previamente com um
pouco de gordura, até o queijo fundir.

7. Só ponha as rodelas de tomate dentro
dos pães chatos, depois de assar.
Rolinhos de beringela
1 cebola pequena
1 dente de alho
um pouco de azeite
2 latas de tomate (aos bocados)
2 colh. de sopa de concentrado de to-
mate
sal, pimenta, ervas aromáticas secas
italianas
2 beringelas pequenas
1 bola de Mozzarella
50 g de queijo parmesão (ralado no
momento)
Molho de tomate
1. Corte as cebolas e os tomates em cubi-
nhos pequenos e refogue-os em azeite.
2. Acrescente o tomate em lata e o concen-
trado de tomate, e tempere tudo com
sal, pimenta e ervas aromáticas italia-
nas.
3. Deixe cozer 1 hora em lume brando,
primeiro com a panela tapada e depois
com a panela destapada.
Rolinhos de beringela
4. Entretanto, corte as beringelas a todo o
comprimento em fatias e corte o queijo
Mozzarella em barrinhas.
5. Aqueça previamente o grelhador de
contacto no nível 3.
6. Grelhe as rodelas de beringela no gre-
lhador de contacto untado previamente
com um pouco de gordura.
- Posição das placas: grelhador de
contacto
- Tempo de cozedura no grelhador:
aprox. 3 - 4 minutos
7. Após arrefecer, faça um rolinho com
uma barrinha de Mozzarella e uma fa-
tia de beringela.
