moet van voren af leesbaar zijn.

geribte zone aan de achterzijde met EKG gel of met speeksel
licht bevochtigen
4. Functie toetsen
MODE 1: Display wisselt tussen: Stopwatch, o-Hartfrequentie,
max.Hartfrequentie, Tijd en Datum,
SET: Instelling van: Tijd, Wekker, Datum,
boven/onder Hartfrequentie, Calorieën,
max.Hartfrequentie, Stopwatch
ALARM: In/uit schakelen van Alarmtoon en Licht
MODE2: Display wisselt tussen: Ronden-teller,Calorieën-teller,
% van max.hartfrequentie, % van bovengrens
hartfrequentie, Alarm

5. Basis instellingen van de klok
Tijd
• CLK-Modus ( tijd ) door MODE1 oproepen.
• SET ingedrukt houden tot "hold" en de tijd oplicht
• Met SET kiezen voor 12/24 uurs aanduiding, met MODE1
de gewenste instelling bevestigen.
• Met MODE1 Uren en Minuten oproepen en de oplichtende
positie met SET bevestigen.
• Om instellingen te verlaten: MODE1 indrukken
