Regolazione del contacalorie
•Richiamare il modo KCAL con MENU.
•Tenere premuto SET per 2 secondi finché appare prima
"hold".
•Selezionare tra maschile (M) e femminile (F) premendo
brevemente SET.
•Selezionare la regolazione del peso con MENU e regolare
con SET. Regolare chili (kg) o libbre (Lb.) con SUBMENU
e confermare con MENU.
•Selezionare dalla tabella il fattore specifico a sport e regolare
con SET.
•Per lasciare la regolazione premere MENU.
8. Cronometro con funzione tempo di recupero
•Richiamare il modo STP (cronometro) tramite MENU.
Per lo start premere brevemente SET.
Premendo un'altra volta il pulsante SET si passa automaticamente
al modo della funzione tempo di recupero. Per favore verificate
dunque il display del Vostro orologio se premete il pulsante Set.
Il timer recupero (R) è preregolato a 3 minuti. Quando il timer è
giunto alla sua fine, nel display superiore viene visualizzata la
frequenza cardiaca allo start del timer e nel display inferiore la
frequenza cardiaca attuale.
Per il ripristino premere SET per 2 secondi.
