7.5 PIEPOVERZICHT

Bij de geluidsinstellingen onderscheidt men:

Toetstonen („Button tones”):

Toetstonen geven de gebruiker iedere keer als hij op de toets

drukt akoestisch feedback.

Zonealarm („Zone alarm”):

Bij Zonealarm klinkt een akoestisch signaal, als de gebruiker

overstapt van een trainingszone naar de volgende.

Trainingsgeluiden („Training tones”):

Trainingsgeluiden duiken altijd op als het horloge van de ene

trainingsfase (b.v. warming-up) overgaat naar de volgende

(b.v. work-out).

1x lang:

k bij het ingaan van zone 1altijd als er een herstelpolsslag

wordt opgeslagen (0 sec, 30 sec, 60 sec, …)

2x lang:

k bij het ingaan van zone 2 als er slechts één zone is, dan bij

het ingaan van deze zone

3x lang:

k bij het ingaan van zone 3

3x kort:

k als men onder zone 1 is als men

boven zone 3 zit als er slechts één zone is: als men onder

de zone zit

5x kort:

k als er slechts één zone is: als men boven de zone zit
