6.2.1 TOTAALINFO („OVERALL INFO”)

De totaalinformatie van een trainingsonderdeel

geeft de gebruiker de volgende waarden aan:

k Datum („Date”)

k Starttijd („Start time”)

k Totale tijd („Total time”)

k Gemiddelde HF („AverageHR”)

k Maximale HF („Highest HR”)

k Kcal

Onafhankelijk van het soort training wordt bij het opslaan van een

training algemene totaalinformatie opgetekend die betrekking

heeft op de totale training (Warming-up, Work-out, Cool-down).

6.2.2 OPSLAAN ALGEMEEN TRAINING

Als u een algemeen training („General Training”) hebt afgewerkt,

kunt u deze gedetailleerd evalueren in uw geheugen.

Naar keuze 3 trainingszones resp. training volgens IAT:

k Totaalinfo (zie 6.2.1) („Overall infos”)

k % en tijdwaarden in HF zones boven resp. onder IAT

k Hersteltijden HF („Cool down HR”) na de belasting in

een cyclus van 30 sec. als aanknopingspunt voor het

regeneratievermogen
