4.2.3 MARATHON
Met de marathonfunctie kan de loper tijdens de marathon de HF
en tijdwaarden exact controleren en evalueren. Bij marathonlopers
staat iedere kilometer aan de rand van het traject gemarkeerd. Zo
kan de loper iedere kilometer door een druk op de knop opslaan
en na de marathon de HF en tijdwaarden van de afzonderlijke kilo-
meters analyseren. De marathonfunctie heeft in totaal precies
43 geheugenruimtes en herkent automatisch dat de laatste waar-
de die kan worden opgeslagen slechts 195 m is en geen kilometer
(de totale lengte van een marathon bedraagt 42,195 km).
Als alternatief voor de marathon zijn ook de trajecten halve en
kwart marathon opgeslagen. Voor de Amerikaanse markt zijn de
trajecten Marathon en Halve marathon ook in mijl opgeslagen.
Duur en HF zone:
k Duur van de training ongelimiteerd
k 3 HF zones vanuit HF max. automatisch berekend of vrij
programmeerbaar of naar keuze 2 velden IAT (onder IAT
en boven IAT)
Bij het passeren van de kilometerborden drukt
u op navigatietoets k NEXT.
