3.1 AJUSTES /USUARIO
En el menú “Ajustes /Aparato” se llevan a cabo
los ajustes de Idioma (D, GB, F, ES, IT), Fecha,
Hora (modo 12 /24 h) y los diferentes ajustes
del tono.
En el capítulo 7.5 “Visión general de tonos”
obtendrá una visión general de las señales
acústicas. Al principio de este capítulo encon-
trará indicaciones sobre el principio de ajuste.
Con la función “Mi nombre” puede individua-
lizarse el ONYX PRO. En ese caso, en el reloj
aparecerá durante el estado de reposo (sleep
mode) el nombre o palabra que se desee, que
puede ser de hasta 8 caracteres.
3.2 AJUSTES /APARATO
UAI = Umbral anaeróbico individual
El ONYX PRO ofrece a atletas ambiciosos y enfocados a la compe-
tición la posibilidad de programar su umbral anaeróbico individual
(UAI). Las zonas de entrenamiento se determinan dependiendo del
UAI. La condición para este preciso método de determinación de
las zonas de entrenamiento y del rendimiento es una medición de
lactato. En el capítulo 7.2 “Encontrará más información sobre el UAI
y la medición de lactato”.
Además del Training Resistencia /Intervalo
preprogramado, el ONYX PRO le ofrece la
posibilidad de programar individualmente un
Training Resistencia Personal o un Training
Intervalo Personal.
