7.3 INFORMATIONS SUR L’UTILISATION DE PROGRAMMES DE TRAINING
Astuces d’entraînement avec l’ONYX PRO
Il est très difficile de faire des recommandations rales sur
la combinaison des types de Training existants car il existe de
grandes difrences entre les sportifs. D’un point de vue néral,
il est recomman aux butants et aux personnes n’ayant plus
fait de sport depuis longtemps de commencer par des Trainings
d’endurance régénératifs et longs (à faible intensité). Après adap-
tation physiologique, un Training d’endurance moyen doit être un
élément fixe dans le plan de Training de tous sportifs d’endurance.
Les sportifs ayant déjà subi un Training d‘endurance à un niveau
élevé (compétition) peuvent suivre les recommandations sui-
vantes :
k Effectuer un Training d’endurance long une fois par semaine
(celui-ci peut également être très long, 90-120 min)
k Puis un Training d’endurance moyen une intensité plus
élevée que pour un Training d’endurance long). Nous recom
mandons également d‘effectuer les Trainings en bloc, sans
jour de repos.
k Puis, un Training à intervalles extensif
k Puis, un Training à intervalles intensif
k Puis une course en rythme progressif avec augmentation de
l’intensité. Un Training libre avec trois zones de Training est
particulièrement bien adapté : Commencer à 70–80 % de la
FC max. (2ème zone FC) ou 80–95 % de la ZIA et augmentez
le rythme progressivement jusqu‘à la me zone FC ou à plus
de 100 % de la ZIA.
Note : Accordez-vous cependant au moins un jour de repos par
semaine.
