3.3.1 EIGENES AUSDAUERTRAINING
Das eigene Ausdauertraining ist grundsätzlich
mit einem Warm up, einer einstellbaren Trai-
ningszone und einem Cool down ausgestattet.
Im Einstellungsmenü können Sie die Zeit und
die HF aller 3 Phasen (Warm up, Workout,
Cool down) manuell und nach Ihren pernlichen
Bedürfnissen einstellen.
Hinweis: Wird der Warm up und der Cool down
auf den Wert „0gesetzt, dann beginnt das
Training sofort mit dem Workout bzw. endet
danach.
Das eigene Intervalltraining ist grundsätzlich
mit einem Warm up, einer Belastungsphase
(Intervall), einer Erholungsphase (Erholung) und
einem Cool down ausgestattet. Beim Intervall-
training kann der Benutzer selbst aushlen,
ob die Erholungsphase puls- oder zeitgesteuert
sein soll.
k Beim zeitgesteuerten Intervalltraining endet
die Erholungsphase nach einer fest
definierten Zeit (z.B. 1 min.).
