3) If required, double-click on the triangle on the left of the relevant group to
expand the associated Journal entries.
4) Click on one of the column titles, e.g., Last Name, to sort the Journal entries
by this criterion in ascending alphanumeric order.
5) If you want to reverse the sort order, click again on column header.

Step by Step
1) Click Journal.
2) Click on one of the groups: Open, All Calls, Missed, Answered, Internal,
External, Inbound, Outbound or Scheduled.
3) Select one of the following options in the context menu of any column header:
• Group By:Date
• Group By:Phone Number
• Group By:Last Name, First Name
• Group By:First Name, Last Name
• Group By:Company
4) Double-click on the triangle on the left of the relevant group to expand the
associated Journal entries.

5.6.3 How to Delete Journal Entries
Step by Step
1) Click Journal.
2) Click on one of the groups: Open, All Calls, Missed, Answered, Internal,
External, Inbound or Outbound.
3) If required, double-click on the triangle on the left of the relevant group to
expand the associated Journal entries.
4) Select one of the following options:
• Click on the relevant entry.
• Mark the relevant entries.
5) Select delete in the context menu.
6) Confirm the following prompt with Yes.
