Notes:
1) Os tempos de cozedura indicados devem ser entendidos sem pré-aquecimento do forno, com excepção daqueles
marcados com asterisco.
2) As posições da grelha indicadas na tabela referem-se à cozedura em vários níveis.
3) Os tempos indicados referem-se à cozedura num nível apenas, no caso de utilização de vários níveis
deverá aumentar o tempo em 5-10 minutos.
4) Para os assados de carne de vaca, vitela, porco e peru com osso ou rolos de carne, o tempo de cozedura deverá/ser
