• Select one or more contacts and click the Move Contacts to Group
... to open
the All Groups window and move the contact(s) to a group.
• Click Start Conference to begin a conference with the selected contact
names.
• Click Delete to remove the selected contact name from your list of contacts.
Edit Contact
1. Select a contact name in your contact list.
2. Right-click and select the Edit Contact... option to open the
Change Contact
Information
dialog box.
3. Make any changes in that dialog box.
4. You can also click the Contact Details button to open the
Add Contact
dialog box to change additional information about the contact.
5. Click the OK button to close.
Add Group
The
Add Group
window lets you assign a group name to a contact. This is an
organization tool that gives you the ability to group multiple contacts by a single
name. You can use the search function to locate the name associated with the
multiple contacts in your contact list.
1. Enter a unique name for the group in the
Name
field. This is a required field.
2. Enter a description that is meaningful to you in the
Description
field. This is
not a required field.
3. Click the OK button.
Add Contacts to Group
1. Select one of the groups in the Add Group window.
2. Click the OK button.
You can also select one or more contacts and drag them to the group.
Move Contacts to Group
1. Select one of the groups in the All Groups window.
2. Click the OK button.
