Tabellen gjelder for innsetting i kald stekeovn.
Til suffleer og gratenger bruker du et stort, flatt kokekar. I
smale, høye fat trenger rettene lengre tid og blir mørkere på
oversiden.
Sett gratengen inn på risten i et kokekar som er beregnet for
mikrobølge.
Suffleer og gratenger bør hvile i 5 minutter i avslått stekeovn
etter steking.
Til gratenger, potetgratenger og lasagne bruker du en 4 til
5 cm høy gratengform.
Sufflé helles i porsjonsformer eller i en høy gratengform.
Forvarm ovnen.
Gratinert toast: 4 stykker legges ved siden av hverandre midt
i universalpannen. 12 stykker fordeles jevnt utover
universalpannen.
