Tips för anpassad tillagning
Pajer, gratänger, varma smörgåsar
Ställ alltid formen på gallret.
Grillar du utan form direkt på gallret, sätt in långpannan på fals
1. Du håller ugnen ren.
När du gör gratänger så beror tillagningstiden på formens
storlek samt höjden på gratängen. Tabellvärdena är bara
riktvärden.

varmt som kött som du stekt som van-
ligt.
Förvärm tallrikarna och servera såserna mycket varma så att det stekta köttet inte sval-
nar för snabbt.
Vill du varmhålla kött gjort med anpas-
sad tillagning
Ställ temperaturen på 70 °C efter den anpassade tillagningen. Små köttstycken går att
varmhålla i upp till 45 minuter, stora i upp till 2 timmar.
