Gevogelte en vlees
Het rooster en de bakplaat samen op één hoogte inschuiven. Het bereide vlees nog 10 minuten in de uitgeschakelde,
gesloten stoombakoven laten rusten. Zo blijft het sappiger.
Met de functie Hete lucht + stomen wordt het vlees bijzonder
sappig van binnen en knapperig van buiten.
